Learning, Adapting, and Growing Across Global Markets

One of my favorite parts of my role is the privilege of traveling to many parts of the world and meeting our customers and dealers face to face. The diversity of cultures and business practices creates continual opportunities to learn and grow, both personally and as a company. Each interaction gives me takeaways that I bring back to help guide the decisions we make about our products and services. We remain focused on being nimble and adapting to market changes so we can better support our dealers and end customers alike.

Right now, market demand remains relatively strong in many regions. Along with that demand, we continue to see changes in customer requirements, including design load requirements for our silos. With the expertise of our engineering department, we have been able to review and adapt to these requirements in several parts of the world, including some of the most challenging seismic regions. Additionally, where competitiveness and capacity growth intersect, we have increased our range of unstiffened roofs through our CB20 silo model, which has a 61'10" or 18.9m diameter.

At Chief, we strive to remain people-centered in every interaction: face to face, in the way we seek to understand your business and the markets you serve, and in how we respond to your needs. We are grateful for the diversity that comes with serving so many markets throughout the world and for the opportunity to learn and adapt while staying focused on excellence in every detail.

“At Chief, we strive to remain people-centered in every interaction.”

Introducing the Chief Double Run Conveyor

Chief-Agri-Double-Run-Conveyor-Husker-Harvest-Days-2026-resized

Chief Agri has expanded its material handling offering with the new Double Run Conveyor, a chain-and-paddle conveying solution designed for efficient enclosed horizontal and inclined conveying of grain, feed, and other free-flowing bulk materials.

Designed with efficient grain flow in mind, the Double Run Conveyor offers reduced grain damage, higher conveying capacity and a compact modular design. Enclosed chain-and-paddle conveying helps move material with fewer opportunities for impact and handling stress, while configurations are available with capacities up to 15,000 bushels per hour.

The system is available in 6-, 8-, 10-, 12- and 14-inch tube sizes and can be configured for horizontal conveying or inclines up to 60 degrees. Additional features include Dodge MTA drive units with SCA adapters for simplified mounting, various tube gauges, and heavy UHMW paddles with 81XHH or WH124 chain construction.

Visitors to Husker Harvest Days had the opportunity to get a closer look at the Double Run Conveyor on display and talk with the Chief Agri team about where it can fit within a grain handling system.

Moving 40,000 Metric Tons of Wheat from Port to Storage

Chief Industries Asia Corporation recently supported the successful unloading of 40,000 metric tons of wheat using a Chief Open Belt Conveyor.

Engineered for efficient bulk material handling, the conveyor provided smooth, safe, and continuous grain transfer throughout the unloading operation. The system supported the movement of a large volume of wheat from port to storage while maintaining the reliable performance needed throughout the process.

This project demonstrates the capability of Chief material handling solutions to support large-volume agricultural operations where efficiency, dependability, and continuous grain movement are essential.
